Praiseset
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 August 2026
Praiseset helps worship teams organise songs and setlists. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details such as username, email address, and encrypted credentials.
- Content you add, including songs, setlists, notes, and team settings.
- Basic technical logs used for security, diagnostics, and service reliability.
How we use information
- To provide and improve Praiseset features.
- To authenticate users and protect account security.
- To support Apple Music playback in the iOS app and CarPlay, using your own Apple Music subscription and authorization — song playback happens directly between your device and Apple; Praiseset does not receive or store your Apple Music listening activity.
Praiseset Transpose Chrome extension
The Praiseset Transpose browser extension processes audio locally within your browser to shift pitch and adjust playback speed. It does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. No information from your browser session is sent to Praiseset or any third party. The extension only activates on praiseset.com and retains no settings between sessions.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Data is only shared with service providers or integrations required to operate Praiseset, or where required by law. Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us.
